At Fazmora LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy, subject to the terms and conditions below.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition in which you received it.

  • Be unused and unopened.

  • Be in its original packaging.

  • Include the receipt or other valid proof of purchase.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us and receiving return instructions first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Missing

  • Incorrect

  • Or significantly different from what you ordered

To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may ask you to provide photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, or other relevant information.

After reviewing the issue, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to their nature, safety requirements, or applicable regulations.

Exchanges

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or the return is otherwise caused by an error on our part, the customer may be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

When applicable, Fazmora LLC may provide a return shipping label and specific instructions for returning the product.

Original shipping charges, if any, may not be refundable unless required by applicable law or the issue was caused by an error on our part.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to a customer in the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Where applicable, the item should be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unused and in its original packaging, together with proof of purchase.

This section does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If your return is approved, the refund will generally be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that after we issue a refund, your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
